EFFECTIVE 3 SEPTEMBER 2026
Fair play starts here.
These terms apply to GameSpark Studio’s free features, Event Pass and Professional Host licence.
The seller and service
GameSpark Studio is operated by Mohammad Tahir as a sole-trader business in the United Kingdom. Its public correspondence address is 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG. GameSpark provides tools to create, host and play personalised party games. Installing the app, trying a free sample or viewing a plan does not create a paid subscription or purchase.
Your responsibilities
- Use GameSpark lawfully and only with content you are entitled to use.
- Keep owner links, room controls and private invitation links secure.
- Use suitable prompts for the audience and provide appropriate adult supervision.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape or bypass access controls.
- Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, unlawful material or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Your content
You keep ownership of prompts, names, stories and other material you provide. You give GameSpark the limited permission needed to store, process, display and transmit that material to operate the feature you requested. You are responsible for obtaining permission from people whose personal stories or information you use.
GameSpark materials
The GameSpark Studio name and the product's original code, text, artwork, animation, audio, interfaces, layouts, curated databases, templates, question and prompt packs and documentation are GameSpark materials, except for your content and identified third-party material. Copyright protects GameSpark's original expression and implementation; it does not turn every abstract game idea, rule or mechanic into GameSpark property.
Your plan gives you a limited, non-transferable right to use the included play and host features during its stated access period. Commercial use is included only with Professional Host. No plan permits copying, extracting, republishing, selling, sublicensing, white-labelling or redistributing GameSpark materials; using them to build a competing service; removing ownership notices; or bypassing technical controls, except where applicable law does not allow a restriction.
Availability and saved work
GameSpark may occasionally be unavailable or contain faults. Keep your own export or backup of important packs. Offline copies and recovery checkpoints are helpful safeguards, not guaranteed permanent storage. Live rooms depend on compatible devices and a working network.
Adult hosts, children and event safety
An adult aged 18 or over must control any host account, private link and future purchase. Children may take part in a game only with appropriate adult supervision. GameSpark organises entertainment content; it does not control a venue, guests or physical activities. The adult host remains responsible for audience suitability, accessibility, safeguarding, permissions, venue rules, equipment and reasonable event safety.
Prices, payments and cancellation
An Event Pass costs £9 for 30 days of personal use. A Professional Host licence costs £79 for one year of commercial use by one named host. Both are one-off purchases with no automatic renewal. The checkout page shows the total charged today before payment. Stripe processes payments; GameSpark does not receive or store full card details. After verified payment, access is supplied to the signed-in purchasing account and durable order confirmation is provided. See the separate Cancellation and Refunds policy.
Ending access, complaints and contact
Access may be restricted where these terms are broken or where needed to protect users or the service. To report a problem, suspected copying, a reasonable-adjustment request or a question about these terms, email support@gamesparkstudio.co.uk. Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory UK consumer rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory rights a customer has under the law that applies to them.
